What Can We Do For You? Benefits of using "Eye For Detail Architects" on your building project include bringing ideas to the table, producing sketches, drawings and planning and building regulation applications for local authorities and detailed drawings for the builders and contractors to work to. This will help them to price the job accurately and in some cases we can advise and project manage as the build progresses. Building types include Commercial/Residential buildings, change of use A1/A3, Cafe/Restaurant/Shops/Hotels/Student Accommodation/Warehouses (e.g. "Pets at Home" etc) shell fit out, an extension to a home, conservatory, a new kitchen and dining room, building over a garage or a full blown two storey extension or a new house on a plot of land you have purchased, to completely change the character of a house, an option that gets more popular every year. We identify your needs and aspirations, as architects we will bring our specialist skills, knowledge and experience to "YOUR" project.
Interior Design - Cinema Surround Systems - External Landscaping Nothing is left to chance - we can design & advise on the hardwiring & cabling necessary ready for your latest "Gadgets" before the walls are built. Positioning of sockets/switches/lamps/shelving can be covered by an additional bespoke service of detailed drawing for each separate wall, even the tiler will know how the tiles are to be laid/cut in en-suites/bathrooms. Many customers have no idea or are never advised on how the landscape/drive/footpath should be designed around their new extension/building, it’s like having a valuable painting with no picture frame!
Value For Money- Fees? You will be pleasantly "surprised" that architects provide value for money through professional attention to detail, designing the most efficient use of space & light and careful selection of materials and finishes. Environmental sensitivity, energy efficiency, low running and maintenance costs can bring extra benefits to your project. Like most architects we base our fee's on a percentage scale - We also have a range of "Fixed Fees" for smaller jobs tailored to your needs. The cost of our services is upfront and transparent with no hidden fees or extras. The price we quote is the price you pay.
Let Your Imagination Run Free! You may be looking for new innovation or tradition, boldness or understatement, as architect we can lift your project out of the ordinary into extraordinary! Anyone can provide CAD drawings or alter a building. It takes a professional architect to do it with flair, imagination and style. Profession of Architects - Name of "Architect" is Protected The term architect is protected by law and ensures that we have the highest qualifications and professional experience. You will find us on the Architects' Registration Board website. Only an architect will have received a design based education. When you use a "Chartered Architect" you are employing someone who has undertaken seven years of training and is a member of the RIBA, the longest in the building industry. Undertaking a building project, whatever its scale, can be a daunting experience, but the same basic criteria apply, be it a simple house extension, a new house, a number of houses in a plot or a large office development.
Peace Of Mind - Relax Your In Professional Architects Hands Anyone promoting "architectural services" or styling themselves as "building consultant", "architectural designer", "plan drawer" and so on is unlikely to be an architect. A professionally qualified Architectural Technician will be a specialist in the application of technology in architecture, building design and construction whilst Technician members of CIAT (Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists) TCIAT (Professional Architectural Technician) cannot practise on their own account, they are the intermediate between architects who envision the designs and construction professionals who make the designs a reality. As an architectural design technician they will not have comparable skill or knowledge and will not belong to the recognised bodies such as ARB (architects Registration Board) or RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) - if your not sure ask them for their membership ID card & number!
